good down payment

whats a good down payment on a used bike i was thinking 3gs maybe
i would like to get a used tl1000. any good places to look at thanks

southwest superbikes will finance used bikes. Generally speaking you can get away with 15% down. I think a nice TL is going to run you about $5800 or so at a dealership. If you can get a bank to finance one from a private seller you might be in more luck. Probably could get a decent one around $4500 then.
