Question on payments and insurance.

I don't want to impose on anyones privacy but I was wondering what some of ya'lls payments were on your bikes and if you don't mind, insurance rate. With gas skyrocketing I'm seriously contemplating getting a 600cc bike, probably an R6 or a Honda CBR600.

I'm 21 with a perfectly clean driving record and will be looking to spend around $4,000 to $5,000 on a bike and with the longest loan period possible.

well I with progessive insurance..it cost me $300 a year for insurance...they are the best to go with ....as far as payments I think mine were $180 or so ..but I financed through my credit union...Good luck!

i pay $195/month for four years at 2.9% interest with 0 down.
i pay $60/month for liability with theft coverage.

I might have to buy the bike w/ cash from selling my Exploder, borrow one of my parents vehicles for a bit until I find a beater to get a small ass loan on.

A $5000 bike will run you about $100/month at 7% interest for 60 months.
For insurance, go straight to State Farm for full coverage.Dont even waste your time with the Progressive's,Geicos, and other bullshit unless you plan on liability only.
