Is there any way I can find out what the max amount of RAM is that my MB can handle? I've got 512 now but only a 1.6 GHz processor, if your wondering how old this gear is.

How many slots do you have, if you have 1 512, then multiple that by how many slots you have. Most modern boards support at least 2GB or 1GB

Right now it's got 2 256's in it and I think 4 slots.... So 1 GB sounds right, right?
