I have a 93 GT with 2 12" subs and the box tends to back up a bit of space. I was looking for someone that can make a sub box/rear seat delete for a 93 GT. I was looking for something that lays flat with the trunk space. Not looking to get it made out of fiberglass or anything, just wood with carpet covering to match inside. How much would something like this run?

non-ported, other than that nothing special, i'm just want some trunk space back and since i was planning on doing a rear seat delete, i figured that i could make it into a nice sub box

Get a bandpass box built for those twelves. You won't be disappointed. Have it made so the port fires at the roof of the car. 3rd order would probably be best for twelves.
It is two sealed boxes firing into one box with the port. All one box, just seperated.
Think of three sections, with the speakers facing each other.
band pass at some tones sound like hammered dog shit.....stick with a simple sealed box and just keep it nice and clean.

Whoever built them sucked then. Bandpass is the best for all around types of music.
Ported for rock.
All out base you want sealed.
I built boxes for several years. It really depends on your musical tastes. I was not talking about acquiring a particle board, trader's village special with the plastic ports and wire terminals.
I was talking about 3/4 Mdf, custom tuned port utilizing a box program.. You would need all the specs on the subs...
Check with Crank it up in Nrh.
Where I worked the owner has sold and moved on. It was in Irving.

not looking to spend thousands of dollars on it or anything. They are MTX thunder 8000 subs, nothing special but it works for what i want. I want it to sound good, but not for an arm and a leg, and want something to be made out of the rear seat delete area.

Sorry to say good luck..
Good woodwork doesn't come cheap. Especially working around the wierd curves and angles in the backseat area. I would probably guess around 400-450 for the custom box. You may want to try and build it yourself, or with a friend that has some know-how. Just don't get in a rush. Most 12's are gonna require about 2-2.5 cu. ft. each in sealed box.
Give Crank it up a call though. I have heard they do good work. They won alont of trophies back in the day..

400-500 bucks on a custom box if you go to a shop. Get a quote from a shop and then i'll beat there price if you want just a sealed box built.

i already have a sealed box for them, but i was hoping to get rid of it for a rear seat delete sealed box.

I think Nimitz had better teachers. Just look at the comparison on how well your school did in academic meets against Mac and Irving. For example, Mesh and Academic Decathalon...
I had to take Algebra II for an Honors class I failed at Irving. Teacher didn't know how to teach. The guy at Nimitz though, he made it so clear. I think I ended up with a 96 or some shit.

so one half of, one percent of the students is how you judge a school (aca deca)?

Your no fun, you must have been in the other 99.5%. That is why this disagreement is going nowhere.
Pointless...

Here is an offer, you purchase all materials and I will build it for you out of sure enjoyment. you can pay me what you want when I get done. I have been out of the big bass scene for quite a while and the last system I had I traded the 12's for a single 10 and more clarity (guess I am getting old  ) but still love making custom box's. Last one was 2 12's behind the seats in a El Camino. If you have ever seen back there then you understand.
I am in Arlington and would need your car for 1 day. You can stay and help if you wish or do what ever.

Looky, looky, great deal, and you get to learn while you're at it. Camino's are difficult for sure. Fiero's and Mr2's suck also(underseat)
That's super nice of you. Hopefully he will take you up on your offer, I would have.
