I have a Pug that is looking for a home. A friend of mine cannot keep her any longer and I already have two dogs. She is healthy and very playful. She seems to love getting shot with a water gun or by the sprinkler system in the yard. She is only about a year old too. She gets along fine with my other dogs, so she'll likely be fine if you have a dog already. She has not been fixed yet.

I live in Lake Dallas, and the Lake Dallas shelter is crap. They are not a "no-kill" facility. I tried calling some other city owned animal shelters (Flower Mound has a really good one) but they seem to only take pet surrenders from people that live in the locality. The dfw pug rescue doesn't appear to be taking dogs right now and they give priority to taking dogs from other animal shelters.

Since I know there are a ton of dog lovers on this board, I am bringing her to your attention. I simply cannot keep this pup. My local shelter would very likely be able to find her a good home, however I would not like to risk it. Please PM me if you are interested.

Thx.

My compliments to Bones for stepping up so quickly. This little pup will have a nice friend to play with. Just goes to show how friggin cool most people on DFWStangs are!

Everyone else, thanks for the messages, please consider this puppy adopted :)

Well crap. I have two bostons and they need a playmate. We are looking for another dog and have decided on a pug or another boston. Its good that you found her a home. Bones, post up a pic of your boston if you have one!

Give that little puppy a few days to adjust... no telling what Sgt Beavis did to it while he had it... he is a sick bastard

How long was that dog at your house Rick? My dogs have been running back and forth along the fence freaking out for the past few days... maybe that's why  I thought you were just doing some weird stuff with your wood again LOL

Pug's rock - the only complaint I have on them, which isn't really a complaint is with the loudness that they snore! But, short nasal passages will do that I suppose. They're very protective and listen well though.
