3 to 1 RCA plugs?

I've seen 2 to 1 RCA spliters, anyone know where I can get 3 to 1 spliters? I need to hook a pair of preamp outputs to a 5 channel amp.

You probably need to add a line driver. A Three.1 would be perfect.

you should be able to select 2ch input on the amp, for the F+R, and then you can split it off for the sub input.
