depends. i use lightweight on race apps for drag to gain a few HP, if you are riding alot making your shit hot i would suggest 15 50 gold cap so it doesnt turn to water when your riding like a nut

Like above...Mobil1 Synthetic car oil 10w-40. I ran the 15W-50 and found it was too heavy for my application.
