Both of mine..neither are street legal but "COULD" be if I wanted to spend the money to buy the kits.

I doubt it is legal, unless you replaced the gas tank.

The tank has nothing to do with it being legal. Has to have a pipe that meets the requirment, lights, turn sigs and DOT tires.

It's legal.State inspection,plates and all.$76 dollars a year for insurance.It's real easy to do.Cost me less than $150 for all the parts to legalize it.......

Hey its an old pic (but so am I), 1982 Lake Whitney Cross Country race. The bike, Can Am 400. I started riding open class when I turned 13.
