bose and after market head units

anybody ever put a aftermarket head unit in a vehicle with a bose sound system? if so how did you run the amps off of the after market cd player? thanks

Not enough info. Year make model.
There are adapters to run head units through Bose systems. Some are $50. Some are $175.

i think i know what adapters your talking about, they plug into the harness that actually plugs into the factory head unit, not the bose, right? they might be called interface something?

naw its not onstar, i want to keep my bose amps, right now they are bypassed.
