Anyone know a local electronic supply where I can find a part for my car stereo.

I can get the part online for 17 shipped I was just looking for it local to fix this week. It is the interface cable from the faceplate to the unit.

I jumpered the connections and it works perfect and the continuity test and break in the cable pretty much proved my theory.

Called there and spoke to Paul. They do not sell the Part separately and they wanted 95 to replace the cable/plate with parts/labor with only a 90 day warranty.

Looks like I will buy it online. I already have the whole thing apart and just need the cable.

Found the part at Mathis electronics in Fort Worth off of White Settlement near downtown. Pretty good guy. He fixes anything electronic including amps, speedos, and stereos both home and mobile.
