Who's Busa was that?

Tonight around 8:30 in Arlington - Matlock & Sublett. The thing was FULL chrome. Not just a few pieces...ALL of it. Even all the plastics were painted with what looked like that newer Alsa chrome paint. Wheels, frame, plastics, windscreen. And it was crazy low. Some short ass asian dude driving it (he must have been 5'7" or shorter. Was only wearing t-shirt and shorts with a ball cap? It looked like it was gonna scrape making the corner it was so low. But nonetheless, it looked bad ass.
