Yes it does work with a Sim card. It comes with one, you just have to insert your Sim card and call or go to a Cingular store to have this phone added to your account.

this is really for my sister. she is really wanting a flip phone and doesnt care whether its a camara phone or not. the problem is, she has some plan that i dont even think cingular offers anymore and she also has unlimited texts. and she doesnt want to change it cause it suits her needs. her phone is so old, it has the green back light, and black letters. do you know if she would have to upgrade her plan in order to be able to use this phone? could they issue her a sims card and let her keep her current plan? if she can, i will buy the phone.

They cannot add this GSM phone to a TDMA plan.

The phone has the ability for web, audio recordings, text msg, has 4 games on it, IM, and multimedia. The graphics are great on it as well. It does have a few scratches on the antenna due to being in my wifes purse all the time. But it is a great looking phone for the price. You can change the displays, wallpaper, has numerous ring tones to it. You can download ringtones right onto the phone.

As of right now it is still for sale. Have had many PM's on it saying they want it but and even people setting up places to meet, however they don't follow through with it. I am willing to meet as far as Richardson on 75 or Gainesville on 35 depending on where the buyer is located.
