Same motor, different intake as Mach 1. Very little difference in HP. Mine had power pipe, pulley, and cat back.

The 99's had tons of problem from low hp to clunky irs. You did own one right??

That being said the Mach 1 is far superior and at a great price. ;)

Mine had been rebuilt for the recall. It had no power problems. I Loved my IRS.
The only problem I ever had was traction, but I didn't race it much. I never felt that IRS was for anything but ride quality and handling. If we were racing we always took Skip's Saleen. :cool:

You're correct. I've never lost to one. I only had exhaust and cai when i raced them:confused: 99 cobra's were factory turds!

As the past owner of a 99 Cobra that went through the recall it ran just fine and had no problems with a GT.
Yes the IRS did suck.
