Need help getting something off chanel 8 site

I was trying to get a clip news 8 daybreak did on my familys restaurant saved to my HD but it will only save it as a HTML file. If someone could tell me how to get this saved on my HD i would appreciate it.

I use SnagIt. Most of the video grabbers out there that I've tried, have problems with videos embeded in flash. SnagIt works beautifully.
