We just learned that we are recieving about 40 extra Mustangs in July. 16 will be GT's and those will be both hardtop and convertibles.
All interested, let me know. There will be WAY more ready buyers than Mustangs, so I'm hoping to get phone numbers and general interests ahead of time. :D
will you give x-plan price on the gt's?

actually the gt's will be here in a week or two (hopefully) and ford announced today that they would allow us to honor a/x/z/d plans on the units if you qualify.....
Wonder if this one has changed too? With the demand being so high and all..
five star will not be participating in "market adjustment"

We did honor the employee plans as long as supplies allowed us to. We had to change that after Ford did not build as many units as we expected to meet the demand. We have completely run out of them on several occaisions. Sorry, not much I can do when Ford hamstrings me.
There is no market adjustment on the 2005 mustang gt hardtop. FYI.

So Ford isn't allowing it? I'm confused because it comes up on Ford Direct when I log in with my partner code. The way I read it was that the dealership knows they can squeeze a few more dollars out of it than the plans allow since it is in demand. Not trying to make accusations but I'm not clear.
Is there an adjustment on the Vert?

Ford made all these plans availible to the dealer. No dealer is offering these plans to my knowledge. Some dealers never honor these plans on any vehicle. Being the number one X-plan dealer in the world, we honor it on everything on our lot except mustangs right now. It just wouldn't be a good buisness decision. Ya'll know we hook stangers up with some great prices all the time. This time the market doesn't allow for it.
I know your not making accusations, these programs aren't the easiest to understand, especially from the consumer's point of view sometimes. :)
BTW those few dollars that are being squeezed are 2-3G's per unit or more.

I did not say Ford was not allowing it.....they allow it on the GT (GT40)....it's just no dealer in their right mind would let one go for that.
This is no different than paying 200 or more for the PS2 (yes playstation) when it first came out versus the 139 you can buy it for brand new right now.
Yes, there is a 3000 adjustment on the verts right now.
Are you interested in purchasing right now?? If so I may have an avenue for you....let me know.....
