Does anyone know how much you can lower a ninja 500? I am on 5'2"and can touch the ground on a 250 but not a 500. Thanks for any help and/or suggestions.

It's cool. When you grow up with Allan as an older brother you learn to defend yourself.
Happy Birthday to you too.
Now, can anyone answer my question about lowering a ninja 500. How far can it be lowered? What is involved? How much should it cost?

How much lower do you need it? You can drop it through the tripples in the front but dropping the rear will be a little expensive.

If they dont make lowering links for it there isnt a whole lot you can do without totally jacking the suspension.
Possibly somebody handy at fabricating stuff could help you out.

It would be a 2001 or newer. I am looking for one. I was going to get a 250, but am having trouble finding one. Someone said I should look at a 500 but I am so damn short that a 500 wouldn't work unless you can lower it.
Thanks everyone!
