Where do you younglings like me get your bike insurance and how much is it?
Also aditional info on where to get my bike registered and where a good local MSF course is given will help me out too.

I'm 20 and pay $500 for 6 months full coverage through state farm. I had progressive on my first bike and was paying way more for just liability and comprehensive. Check around but i think state farm will probably be the best.
