Good console RPG's out???

I'm looking for some good RPG's that you guys would recommend for the PS2 or GameCube. I don't have an Xbox... and no I'm not going to go buy one... ;)

So what do ya'll nerds play for RPG's?

And please don't list any other games (1st person shooters, sports, etc...)

FF XII is probably going to be out in the next couple months. I think it came out in Feb. in Japan... usually ~6 months between Japanese release, and US release.

Try Final Fantasy X, best one out I think and Best story line in any game imo.
Also FF VII:Advent Children should come out soon too.

Digital Devil Saga is pretty good. I bought it last week to keep me busy until FFXII comes out and been playing ALOT since. Excellent story and great graphics.
