Norwood Micro 23" lcd tv/monitor?

They have them on sale for $549 at compusa.

I am just wondering if they are junk.

Its ok for a TV, it wont work as a computer monitor if that is what you're asking, at least if you use a computer for more than an hour, it would look like shit with that contrast rating and response.

What should the specs be to get me a good display. I have a really nice 21" viewsonic crt but that damn thing is big enough to sink a ship.
