only complaint is their customer service sucks balls. the people are vairly rude and short with you in conversation. if you know what you want go there to buy it, but if you have any questions id go somewhere else.

Shipping prices were on par with other companies.Speed was good also.I believe they use UPS.They send out emails with tracking numbers when the item ships.

I heard awhile back they had turned over there shipping dept. and some people were having problems with getting their stuff and corresponding with them.This was a few months ago.Like I said, I have used them before and never had a problem.

Don't do business with ridegear. I ordered some MX gear from them on NOV.17, they charged my card and never shipped the items. I call them after @ 10 days and they tell me my stuff should be there within the next 3 days. A week later I call them again, no answer or busy, or they leave a message on their phone system that their phones are down due to maintenance. I email asking for a refund. I call and leave mesages about my refund. After 5 weeks they send me an email telling me they can't get my merchandise but they will give me a 25% discount on my next order. I once again ask for a refund. No dice. After fighting with them for 2 months I finally recieve a refund. I tried to call them over 50 times and only once did I get a live body and emailed them at least 20 times and got 2 replies.... F*CK that place Ridegear.com sucks!
