The frame is in good condition and the mattress was changed 2 months ago. I don't have the digital camera with me right now but with this picture you get an idea what type of frame is.$90.

oh come on Man, frame is in pretty good shape and with the almost new mattress you'll have couch/bed for a long time.I'm in Lewisville.BTW it's a pet/smoke free Futon
