I have a really nice 55 gal tank with a black wood stand, (2) black finished lights, regent dual filtration setup, heater, rocks, (2) pumps, one with a single outlet and the other has dual outlets, airstones, etc....

I don't have time to maintain this size of a tank right now.
Total cost new is about $800.00
I will let it go for a $350.00

Leonard is about 30 miles NE of Mckinney.
Yes it comes with fish, but I think you can provide your own water!!! ;)

Not that it isn't a good price now, but how did you spend $800 on that? The tank and stand, the most expensive pieces would cost $300 max.
