im way to young for this!
It seems lately that everything i lift, that puts some pressure on my forearm is killing me. It hurts like dead in the middle of my forearm and spreads outwards the more i use it. really tender around the right bone running though it.
it started prob a month ago, lightly. as time wore on the more i used it the more it hurt now its hard to curl a 60 lb. barbell without that stabbing feeling.
now my left forarm is starting to do the same thing!
insight,advice,anthing?

tendonitis. take some time off from lifting to allow it to heal. motrin 800mg 3 times per day for 2wks with meals. your body lets you know when it is hurt...so if it hurts, dont do it! :) or you could just start a deca/test cycle! deca is great on the joints!

what about that "joint medication" i see for sale around the store?
i've also had a real bad problem with my wrist hurting really bad.
right at the end of my thumb but more to the middle of my palm.
so i thought it had something to do with that, but the taking some time off sounds like a good idea
thanks

That sounds like a more productive solution to the problem than stopping the work out routine. :p

I agree I have the same problem but both of mine have been broken so that is were my pain comes from, I use Deca and the healing props are great.

Where can you find this deca at? My knees get real bad sometimes, it hurts when I squat and come back up. Sometimes kinda black out, you know like when you get up to fast.

Dont buy it on line and yes its under the counter. It works great for joint pain and the power you get is great also. To get it you will need to find someone you can trust. never buy Turkish shit!!!!!!!!!!!

Knee pain often comes from the way you stand and how you push off...How much weight are you using?

my suggestion for deca use was a joke. DO NOT use this stuff unless you know what you are doing b/c you can screw yourself up.

Not working out just squatting down. At work and such
