superchips (SCT) 4.6 2v

who's the "know it alls" when it comes to superchips custom tuning on a 4.6 2v mustang. where does everyone get their tuning done? my 97 gt with 01 motor runs like weirdo poop on stock tune. the tunes in my handheld tuner help a lot, but it still acts weird. the guy that originally made the tunes for me dosent seem to of ever run into my problems.
