Autopage RF520LCD or Prestige APS-590....thanks
I sell the 520 but I am not familiar with the audiovox unit so I can't compare.

Aps-596? if so, it's a nice two way pager unit, non remote start, dual stage shock sensor, good range, small antenna (looks better than DEI, i think), reliable, priced about 300$ installed.
i've never dealt with Autopage, but i do like the audiovox, moreso than most of the DEI stuff i sell.

Autopage And Audiovox Are Both O.k., But In My Opinion Dont Compare To Dei, Dei Offers A Limited Lifetime Warranty Where As The Other Two Dont. It Might Be Pricy But It Is Well Worth It.

They Already Fixed The Problem With The Old Remotes, The New Ones Are Way More Efficient.

:D There Is No Arguing With People Who Always Think They Are Right. U Know The Saying........ An Opinion Is Like An Asshole, Everyone Has One.
<--- Replaces more broken DEI LCD remotes by far than any other brand.
Also, almost every alarm company has a limited lifetime warranty on the brain only. Everything else is 1 yr.

nobody believes anything you say, mainly because two well qualified people who do Audio/Security for a living just disputed your jibberish, and you reply with bullshit.

I install alarms on the side of my regular job and I have been using Autopage for 4 years now and the only problem I ever had was that someone drove over their lcd remote. I also deal with DEI, Clifford, and Prestige or Audiovox which are all great as well. Most of the time it's not the alarm that sucks when you have a problem, it's the installation. I can't say that I cared to much for the few compustar alarms that people have brought me.

The range on the compustar rocks.. The only bad thing with it is sometimes the response is slow when unlocking doors and remote starting. The LCD remote is alittle big too. I have a Viper 770 (think thats the model) and wished I went with compustar. I have about 5 friends with the compustar and NEVER had a problem with it. The lag is usually from the fact everyone of them is runnin 5-10% tint
