Trip wasn't to bad, probably about a 10 hour drive with the various stops we had for fuel, food, stretching, and pissing. We got in around 1am and spent a couple of hours driving around looking for the damn hotel LOL! That and grabbed some food at a Waffle House.
Didn't get a chance to do any riding on the way up here. It's just me and Stephen and I couldn't get my cousin to drive for me because he had to work and it wouldn't have been to fun riding alone so we just toughed it and caged it the whole way.
Fucking weather today! We slept in since it was practice runs and qualifying today and when we headed out at noon it decided to start raining  So we trailered the bikes up to the track and walked around. Words cannot describe how awesome this track is. The museum is second to none with 5 floors of motorcycles and cars.
I took a ton of pictures, over 100 today and we still have tomorrow and Sunday to go. Me and Stephen snuck into the VIP stands and were hanging out there in the shade. The sun finally came out and it got humid as hell.
Anyway, we just got in. The sun is out and things are drying up. We've got the bikes unloaded and there is a Hooter's a mile and a half from us :D
Can anyone recommend a good Freeware program for resizing pictures? I want to attach some of them and I'm going to upload the rest to Shutterfly and link them up later.

Hehe... It looked like my old R6 until I saw the headlights on it. Bunch of cool bikes and cars out there, I ran both out of memory and battery so I'll be taking more pictures at the museum tomorrow and at the track.
Hoping the weather clears up and we can ride down there tomorrow. Sucked today with both the rain and the hail :(

Pictures can't describe how good of a time I had. Definetly going again next year and seriously thinking about Road Atlanta this year as a birthday trip for myself :D

Great pictures Jose!!
I have seen his bike before, but it sucks that his rider, Jason Pridmore, wrecked and he will be out for a while. :(
Looks like you had a great time. It turns out that I could have gotten off work to go but another manager already had that week off. Maybe next year.
