Most jr dragsters I see are 4 stroke not 2 stroke. You don't need a friggin tach on that thing. What are you thinking? You just wasted your money.

The tachs I see on Jr. Dragsters are digital. They need to see how many rpms they are turning at the end. Two stroke motor who the crap cares. They will just rev till they wont go any higher.

no SOME of the tachs are digital and they are actually to monitor the whole motor not just the rpm's look up on autometer.com and search for the part # 006652 thats the one i got...its really badass i think i just wanted it so i can see when i rap all the way out and it makes it easier to tune it for top end when u can see how many rpm ur turning
and most of the digital ones take 2.5 seconds to update...thats why a conventional tach works alot better
