I bet he means....."He" will warranty the product as in, it breaks, you bring it to him and he will send it in for you.
BTW, the only reason I did not get one of these decks off ebay for $500-$600 is because it does not play the mp-3 format.
The Kenwood Keg always makes these nice though.
