Compucom.
That one of those companies that do IT/help desk support for MANY companies?
One of the ones where the end user doesn't realize he's not getting help from his own company?

Well depends, most of the folks I supported there knew their company used compucom for their remote help desk, was no secret, Compucom is pretty well known.

TTT, I need 25 people ASAP.

Say, my buddie went up there but his experience is more hardware/logistics not software so they said they didn't have a spot for him, in I presume PSST if thats what they still call it. They said he would however be a good caniadate for field services (FSST if they still call it that), can you tell me who he should talk to about that?
