Check out the new Sport Rider,,it rates the four new 05 liter bikes. Good reading interesting results. In the dyno the gixxer pulled some good #'s, the 10r #'s were 6 hp lower than last year's, the R1 and 1000rr were right in line with last years #'s.
In the 1/4 mi the 10r and gixxer pulled some very impressive times and traps, though the 10r edged out the new gixxer in the times and speed. The R1 and 1000rr were matched pretty evenly and the 1000rr cut up the track better than the other three in the twisties.
I know know some people don't like reading mag results on bikes or cars,,but I find it entertaining and informtive,,,these cars and bikes are pushed to the limit under conditions far more than the average person could during these tests. :)
