It's good, but creatine ethyl ester is better, and you can buy CEE on many websites in bulk powder for dirt cheap. CEE will give you strength and size gains, but it won't give you a pump as great as NO Xplode.

I take NO Explode prior to workouts and gives insane energy and recoup times between sets.

LMR Sports ECS cee mixed in with my protein shake post workouts and also mornings before I go to work. Only thing about CEE as opposed to regular creatine monohydrate is it's the WORST tasting shit ever. It even makes Muscle Milk taste like crap.
