01 Ws6 TA had a wild hair up his ass and talked me into putting my KNS dry kit on my car and he loaned me his brand new Drags that he hasnt even made a pass on yet. Preciate that homie!!! We called up ProStreet to see if Reid was going to the track and told him we were taking a black TA out to race him. That was my cover up because apparently he wanted to race me as bad as i wanted to race him after Josh talked me into it. Hopefully Josh can get some valvesprings here soon since they are on backorder and take up where I left off. So Josh and I drove around in Sams (preciate that too homie!)car for 2 hours getting nitrous, misc parts, and pills and I got back to FASTech at about 6:30. Put the kit on the kit, wasnt working right took it to Archies house had 2 hoses switched, swapped them at his house and he gave me some pills to work with. :cool:

First pass on the car I wanted a shakedown. Obviously those are overrated and still enough to bust up on old Reid ;). Watched the video, car felt lazy off the line, still going a 1.43 but lazy to me. I knew it was going to fat on the fuel so i leaned it out and went up a few sizes on the NOS jet. Come back around for the second pass and lined up with Mike Kelley. Purged a little bit, and staged. Lights flashed and let off the trans brake only to see Sky. I wasnt sure if the car was coming down anytime soon or not, but i never let out and the car drifted a tad to the left. I knew the sway bar was close but Ive never gotten the car to hit on the juice like it did last night. Thanks to Archie for flowing this dry kit and talking me into keeping the dry on the car with some of his magic on some of the parts I had. Boosted will post the video soon but lets just say that with the number in the 1/8, I got my 9 sec ET for the 1/4 covered finally.

Just wanted to give my appreciative thanks to Sam, Sean, Craig, Josh, everyone that was at Fastech yesterday, most importantly Archie King for taking my old dry kit in and rubbing his magic on it and caressing it to be reinvented and installed on my car last night as well as Mike Long for curing my transmission woes. Another friend of ours Romondo who doesnt get on the boards for some smaller pills that I used on the initial testing pass. All i can say is that I was soo happy I collapsed at the track for finally reaching a 2 year old goal! Cheers folks, its good to be back with a car on some gas.

Once you go dry you'll wonder why you never went this way ever. Get some 36lb injectors at least, a fuel pressure regulator and a Racetronix pump with hot wire kit and we'll put you deep in the 6's. Say 6.60s or so :D

I had no idea what to expect on this pass..I was along for the ride as you can tell :D ..I could feel the car drifting to the left but my foot wasnt coming off the peddle by no means. I actually turned the wheels to the right a little while i was in the air..Probably not a good thing. Ill tighten the suspension up next time out and see how the car works then.

Thats the kind of dry kit that needs to be on your car...BUt id suggest some travel limiters on the front of your car first...Its way lighter then mine. Those are the 150 pills that ive been running all along....I will see what the AF looks like. I started out with smaller pills on Reids race. Then put the bigger pills in (150) for that launch. Ill see how everything looks and all on the AF and see if it will take the 200 shot. :D

Youknow I think youve got a good narrowing down strategy...I want to say I was at Speedtek filling my bottle one day in hurst and Mike Kelley was having issues with his TFI module doing the same or similar thing.
