Yeah, 3.42s and F1s on heavy ass chrome 5-spoke 17" SS wheels. :( Good looking car, but I already told him he's wasting his time. He just wants to have fun, but for tonight it's just to spectate so he can figure out what's going on.

I went to Ennis... Made a few nitrous passes.

First pass 11.11@129mph . Car had some issues.

Second pass ... 11.18@118mph . My WOT Switch didn't engage in 4th, so 4th gear I just puttered along on motor. Would've been another 10 for sure.

Third pass.. Got greedy on the launch (since my other two were quite shitty) and my clutch went up in sparks. Literally. :(

Didn't break my rear end like I was fearing. Not even on the trip home! :eek: LOL

Saladbar its like the 10's just tease you. You have plenty motor to get there but something always happens. What kind of luck is a micro switch falling off in the middle of a pass. I made another nitrous pass inf Gtchick's car and went 11.40@118, that stock clutch is gonna go soon.

LOL.. It was all BAD LUCK ;) ! Even trapped 102mph in the 1/8 on my good run, my best MPH ever. Best 60' was only a 1.76 though.. So, gotta get that sorted out. I used to cut high .50's on stock suspension, maybe my rear springs are just too stiff.

Congrat's on that pass.. You're certainly getting the most out of that car. Much more so than me. Heh. :cool:

are for woooooooosies :p . I like driving w/ two feet too much to swap to an auto. Once I run some low 10's driving the car, I'll swap in an auto so I can point and steer and hang on.

i ran the slow 95 stang.

managed a new best 60' 1.85. and a 13.3 at 104 in the 1/4. nothing special, but i beat up on the imports pretty well :)
