ok when i striped my car out to rewire it and get it ready for a cage i sold my seat belts since i was gona upgrade to a 5 point harness. will they let me run with just the lap belt portion installed or do i need to intall everything first. im asking cause i dont really want to intall a cage till my turbo motor is finished and it will actualy need it i am too slow right now and it will just make me slower

Thats correct..You will need the entire harness hooked up unless you are at Yellowbelly or Cedar Creek..ahahah

YOu can get a 5 pt harness and bolt it to the floor pan for the time being. I have seen alot of people do this who don't have a cage.

i didnt even think of that i guess that wouldnt hurt anything, just need to get that eye bolt set for it i guess

I've seen people do this too, but it's the most stupid thing to do. If you do happen to get into trouble and have a wreck, this set up can kill ya or at the very least paralize ya. This set up would pull DOWN on your shoulders and put WAY too much pressure on your spine. :mad:

put a cage in it, do it right. you will be better off in the long run anyway
