I'll probobly be rocking the stock BOSE system in the vette for a while, so I'm looking for a good app to burn from these, and other formats, to CDDA/CD Audio. I believe the pay version of Winamp might do this? I'll have to research that, if anyone has that package and would be kind enough to share please PM me.

I've used Nero for mp3 -> CDDA before, not sure if it does other compressions though, i'll have to check.

Thanks for any suggestions.

if you can get your hands on the new Nero OEM suite it can convert mp3 and wma, not to sure on the m4a. Or maybe it just makes a WMA disc. let me make one really quickly and see if it works in a cd player

I've got 6.3.0.2 nero burning rom and it won't make an audio cd from m4a.

I think I'm going to have find a special app to convert m4a's to wave or mp3, pref. wave.

I used WINAMP wave writer to output a wave file from the m4a's, but they sounded like shit, real tinny!

WINAMP prop says it can 'burn cd's up to 48x', is that to say that it'll make an audio cd from any format it'll play (which includes m4a)?????

Anyone hook me up w/ winamp pro :(

EDIT: n/m on the pro, just 'fixed' it.

WINAMP PRO will do it, and I dare say it'll make an audio cd out of any of its playable formats.

Once again, winamp proves that its THE standard in multimedia.
