I have never tatsed one that was GOOD!!
I have known a few people that didn't mind the taste of them though. I think it's something you just have to get used to. :(
I like the ON vanilla shakes mixed with half water and half skim milk. I think they taste great!

Some are better than others, but I totally agree. I've had a couple flavors fro ON Nutrition that weren't bad, and I drank Designer Whey for the longest time before that. Nowadays I just make sure it's palatable and go for what's cheapest.

Muscle Milk tastes great, but that's because it's not a pure protein shake. Theres quite a bit of fat and carbs, which isn't necessarily what she's looking for.

I've got some chocolate from ON Nutrition that you can try, it's just a matter of tasting a few until you find one you can drink. I think I've even got a few spare clothes pins. :D

Tuna, tilapia, shrimp... :)
I know that you wanted recommendations for shakes but it seems like you're worried about fat and carbs. There are natural foods out there high in protein and low in both carbs and fat. It's harder if you are allergic to seafood though.

i love seafood.... but its not filling :( i eat as much meat as i can but sheesh.... blahhh

True, but that goes with the protein shakes as well. For me at least. Especially the ones that are low on carbs, they fill me about as much as the water in them. That's why I can't use them as meal replacement like some do, just as supplements.

I had ON strawberry, and that was alright, ON vanilla is what I have right now and it's also alright. It's cheap and that's what matters.

Isopure Zero Carb Alpine Punch is pretty good.
It has zero carbs, and 50 grams of protein, and zero fat.
I drink them all the time, and i couldn't stand a lot of the other brand vanilla, or chocolate. They also make premixed ones in 20oz bottles, but they have a chalky taste to them, still decent though.
