Well, it looks like I am going to have another tennant moving out so I may sell or rent this house. It is a 1500 sqft home in West Plano off Legacy between Alma and Custer. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (master is big with garden tub) with 2 car garage. The house was built in 1986 and is in pretty damn good shape considering I just put new carpet, laminate, paint inside and out, and put a new roof on last year. If anyone is interested let me know. May even owner finance it to the right buyer with a good size down payment. I am asking 134,900 for the house if I sell or looking to get 1275.00 a month for rent. I will see if I can get some pics for people that are seriously interested. This would make a great starter house for a new family.
