diesel dyno day's suck ass for the guy's running the show. Good luck. You boys will need it knowing that the dyno is in backwards over there. Hope you have a duct or something, all that ash will eclipse the shop and stick to everything.

That's the plan!!! However I think it would be easier since the dyno is on the ground given that I have 16" of ground clearance and not a lowered car. ;)

Flex duct isn't that expensive at Home Depot.

Do you work there?

no, but it's a diesel GTG... anyone is welcome to come and hang out, but we would like to give the diesel guys a chance to dyno... if there's time after everyone has run, non-diesels would be welcome to strap down I'm sure.

ForrestWell, I'll wait for the general public dyno day. I'm anxious to see what mine does with this loose as converter. I can't even begin to guess but hopefully it is north of 500.

That stuff will not stand up to the exhaust gas temp's those trucks put out.

Yep, that was mine....put down exactly what it should I guess with the driveline loss of ONLY 15%.....I would say more with all that heavy ass steel to get spinning!!! 279/506.... not bad for a stock truck!!

Went back later to do the car and have Jeremy work some magic on the tune....he has magic fingers on the keyboard.

Stock shortblock, HPP heads, VT stage 2 cams, LT's, dr. gas o/r X. u/d's, stock intake tubing with a K&N, 70mm TB........

don't know what the tunes for a TA would run but PM Manny. I haven't keyed in the incremental HP/TQ numbers yet but I am comparing the curves to the last dyno run with the SHM cams and I can tell you area under the curve it MUCH better.
