Tell me what you guys that are on high protein diets eat. I'm a little short on my options.

Currently I eat alot of Tuna, egg whites, sometimes some pickles, salmon, chicken breasts, and occasionally some low fat cottege cheese.

Whats some other good options for high protein low carb diets?

Oh yea and turkey, And I like to get ham from the cold cut section 96% fat free, and mix it with a dozen eggs.

skim milk.

Unless you are lactose intolerant milk is an excellent source of protien. 1-2% if you need the fat or skim if you don't.

buy a bottle of whey protein and make protein shakes. will save you from all the fat in eating tons of food.

Try some steak too. it gets expensive but you can tell where any fat is and just cut that off.
Man, I got sick of tuna and I cant stand to see it still! yuck!

Proitein shakes are your friend. Oh, a friend turned me on to some bad ass tasting protein. I have never tasted anything even close to as good as this stuff. But only the chocolate. the Vanilla is nasty. Diet Resolution brand from GNC (probably available elsewhere too)

Lots of fish. Tuna, salmon and Tilapia are all on my diet right now. Shrimp is nearly fat free but might not suit you if your cholesterol is high. Roast beef, some hams are very low on fat. Try them on german pumpernickel or some crispbread that are high in fibre (can be found from World Market) with fat free philly cheese.

Beans (red kidney, black beans etc) all have excellent nutritional value, high in fibre and protein, among others. For example:
