Tranfer vid from cam to pc...

can anyone do it? ive got a JVC gr-dv800u and i cant get the vid from the camera to the pc...ill pay somone to do it, i dont even wanna attempt anymore...so anyone up for it?

lol i got plenty of that too...but its racing from sunday at redline...i got video of TT going 5.43 and i cant get it onto my pc...

Does your camera have a firewire output? or is it only a/v?

I have a good friend that works for lockheed that can do it, no problem. He can also put all your stuff on DVD....hint, hint

fred, how soon do you need it done? and is it a 8mm tape? i have a digital 8mm cam so i can convert any 8mm, hi8 or D8 tapes.

i just looked at the tape and all it says is Mini DV... :confused:

My camera cant do mini DV.. Check your camera to see if it has a firewire port.. if it does.. i can use your camera to encode it.

yeah my cam has a firewire port...i bought all the crap i need firewire port, cable to transfer it to my pc and now my dam pc says it needs a windows 200 disk...if its not one thing its another! :mad:
