I leave my computer sitting on for a few hours and I come back and its real slow and "System Idle Process" is using up most of my CPU power. Do I just need to restart?

I've never had that problem with my machine but, what you might do is go into control panel and adjust your power options. I set mine at never for all options. I can leave my computer and come back and it's just like I left it. You also might have something working in the background using up CPU time. :cool:
