I see there are multiple brands on this product. I was about to puchase this item from GNC yesterday: NO2 Hemodilator (http://allstarhealth.com/de_p_ref/4450/bizrate4450/MRI_NO2_-_Hemodilator.htm)

Is this a good product? Is it absolutely necessary to take 4 pills before breakfast and another 4 pills before lunch? Should I only take them on days when I am about to work out or always take them? Please give me some advice. Thanks guys. :)

Don't buy anything from GNC. It's mostly junk.

Take it as recommended and take it on your off days. Consistency is the key.

Next time, either buy BSN Nitrix or Labrada Super Charge.

Be careful with the Super Charge though, it's no joke.

I might have to try the Super Charge. I used the BSN No-Xplode, and liked it, but it was a little below what I expected.

then you will LOVE the Super Charge if you liked the No-Xplode. It's tons better, well, for me anyways. Everyone is different.

Pinnacle, google it, it works great. If you want a better explanation (to my personal experience) search for my posts in this forum about it.
