this is the same as having a whole room of dumbells, 10, 15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75. that only take up 2ft. of space. you can do everything chest, back , bi's, tri's, shoulders.these would be great for someone that is limited on room..thanks jeramy
