creatine and alcohol

If you drink a lot you might as well not be taking creatine.

I wouldn't say nothing, alcohol's diuretic effects are directly counterproductive to those of the creatine. Much like caffiene, you should refrain from ingesting alcohol while on creatine to maximize your results.

Aside from that, alcohol is bad for lifters on several different levels. From the empty calories to the decrease in your body's natural test production, it works against you. If you are to the point that you are serious enough to be willing to spend money on creatine, do your body a favor and keep the drinking to a minimum.

I drink pretty regulary and I just had my blood work done on Tuesday. Creatine levels were above normal.

i'm just gonna have a drink or two tonight, i started taking creatine today... so i dont think it would to much to it, maybe set me back a day or something
