Where do you guys get your supplements from? I have a Gnc gold card so I can soemtimes get things at like 40% off. Also Anyone know waht to take to get alot of fat intake. I am at college so i cant go to the cafeteria from that twice to get my needed food. AS of right now I am taking a protein shake in the morning, and after workout. As well as creatine in the shake after I work out. Does that sound ok?

That place is 6 dollars more per jug of Isopure ZeroCarb than www.a1nutritionproducts.com

and hell 6 bucks more per 20 pack of myoplex. That's just something random i picked for pricing check.

Myoplex comes out cheaper from netrition if you order the 42 pack with $200+ order ($1 more on <$200). Can't find VP2 from the other site. Some are cheaper there, like the Myoplex bars, some are cheaper on netrition. Couldn't find decent priced ZMA from a1 at all.

You save money on 200+ orders and I think there is also more savings with 1000+ orders. If you ever do group orders...

For local shopping, Vitamin Shoppe has way better prices than GNC. bodybuilding.com has awesome prices with lots of good info.

Hmm. question. Any of you try cookies and cream? I am taking iron tek protein, and I dont really prefer the taste. Anyone here had any experiance with other cookies and cream whey protein? Also any opionion on iron tek protein? I heard good things at nutrition depot near my house, but who knows.

EAS's Myoplex Chocolate is pretty good, haven't tried Cookies & Cream. AST's VP2 Rich Chocolate is good with milk but horrible with water.

For bars, I like EAS Lemon Cheesecake Carb Sense. Little sugar, most of the carbs are slow soluable.

ON cookies 'n cream tastes like ass. The best tasting protein powder anywhere hands down is Muscle Milk by Cytosport. Banana cream and strawberry banana taste better than restaurant milkshakes.
