If I install a capture card on my pc, will I be able to plug in my VCR, save the the vhs to my hard drive and burn it to dvd using NERO?

Wouldn't it be easier to just buy a VHS to DVD recorder?

Those are a little more expensive than a capture card. Doesn't really matter right now anyway, I came home from work today and found one of my little ones had jammed something into my DVDRW drive and destroyed it. http://www.dfwstangs.com/forums/images/icons/icon8.gif
