This thing is less than 2 yrs old and I am getting an align cartridges message. I have done EVERYTHING HP told me to do. I have used new cartridges and old and still no help. It will print faxes but still has error. Anybody know how to fix these? I heard it was the printer head. $400 dollar printer takes a shit.
