Will a B card work through a G Accesspoint? I know a G card can work on a B Accesspoint but not sure about the other way around. Just wondering if I upgrade to a G Router/Accesspoint if I can still use a B card with it.

A B card should work but will downgrade the everyone else to B unless your router supports it but I think most will downgrade all to B.

The way my router is setup, if it sees a -b card, it will downgrade, but if there is only -g cards, it stays at the higher rate. Being that I only have -g cards running, I set it to run only that.

Never mine, found out that it is backwards compatible.

With this lightweight travel router, you can create a private hot spot and share secure high-speed Internet access wherever a broadband Internet connection is available. 802.11g supports 54 Mbps data transfer rates—five times faster than the speed of 11b networks—for rapid throughput of even large multimedia files, and is backward compatible with 11b users.
