I got a P4 3.4GHz 550 with an Intel mobo, heatsink and fan for $200. Beat any of the A64 deals out there and got me a lot faster machine. It's not the latest Intel but never say never. :)
$244

newegg maybe??
newegg maybe??
Newegg rarely is the cheapest place to buy but on occasion they have good deals, like Fry's. People buy from there because they can get the whole computer with decent prices and they have built a reliable reputation. A lot of the other places sell stuff cheaper but they only have one or two items and then the rest of their parts are overpriced. Some of them have a very shitty customer service and some might be borderline scams so people will pay a few extra dollars to shop at a place like Newegg.
