Nothing really. A cop parked at Sonic and had dinner, then moved to the parking lot next door and hung out. It could be totally random. Or it could be because there were a bunch of Mustangs hanging out. Or it could be the RX8 with some numbers shoe polished onto the window with the two hot chicks inside.
